What is Juvéderm Volux?
Juvéderm Volux is the first dermal filler FDA-approved that is specifically designed for jawline treatment. Like other fillers in the Juvéderm family, Volux is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler that plumps and moisturizes the skin. The Juvéderm Volux Procedure
Juvéderm injections are quick, virtually painless, and safely performed by our certified nurse injector. After your skin is cleansed and prepared for treatment, a fine needle will be used to inject the filler into various points along the jawline. The Volux formula contains a small amount of lidocaine (a numbing agent) so these injections are virtually painless.
Juvéderm Volux Results
There is very little recovery after Juvéderm treatment. Mild injection site bruising and swelling may occur but will improve within 1-2 weeks. Patients can immediately see more fullness and structure along their jawlines, but it will take around two weeks for the complete results to develop as swelling reduces and the filler settles into its permanent place. With a good skincare routine and protection from sun damage, Juvéderm Volux will last up to two years!
