What is the Perfect Derma Peel™?
The Perfect Derma Peel™ is a medium-depth peel that uses powerful ingredients like TCA, salicylic acid, kojic acid, vitamin C, and the exclusive antioxidant glutathione. This is the only chemical peel that uses glutathione. Glutathione and other enriching ingredients increase collagen and elastin production to brighten the skin, slow the aging process, and help prevent signs of skin aging like wrinkles. The Perfect Derma Peel™ is most often used for facial rejuvenation, but it can also be used on the hands or decolletage.

The Perfect Derma Peel™ Procedure
Minimal skin conditioning is required before the Perfect Derma Peel™, but patients taking Accutane should stop using their medication four months before treatment. Make sure to schedule an appointment with your doctor to make sure it is safe to stop using Accutane.
The Perfect Derma Peel™ procedure only takes about 30 minutes and is minimally painful. Patients will feel a mild tingling or stinging when the peel is applied but this only lasts a minute or less. We can also use a fan to cool your face with a light breeze and make the treatment more comfortable.
Perfect Derma Peel™ Results
Immediately after treatment, your skin may look red or slightly darker than its normal tone. The peeling process will begin on the third day after treatment and will last 3-4 days. Use a strong moisturizer to hydrate the skin while it peels and avoid strenuous exercise and sun exposure until your skin has stopped peeling. Makeup can be worn starting on the second day of the healing process.
Once the epidermal layer of skin has sloughed off, you will see smoother, brighter skin with a more even skin tone. Results can be improved with additional treatments. For more severe skin conditions like deep acne scarring, melasma, and active acne, we recommend a series of 2-3 chemical peel treatments scheduled 4 weeks apart.
